Ever wondered what the word desert means???
In Las Vegas you could probably  ignore it, as long as you just float around the indoors of the Hotel Casinos along the famous Las Vegas Blvd. Strip, but else i can only tell you that it gets hot here - while the locals just call this warm (the 90° Fahrenheit).

Glad my place has air conditioning too.

Las Vegas from the point of view of a non gambler;
sure, none of these irrational people you would come across in Florida, here almost everybody manages to be polite and trying to apply harmony, but somewhere in the news or gossip on the street you still here of murders and the usual crime you find in any US city, only that it is nowhere where i am for a positive change.

The call this city Sin City - haha, just because a girl that gets paid to fluff a bit around in "underwear" in front of some male, just because the tease in dark places is the big business here, it is a laughing joke compared to what we Europeans see in our cities, so better buy a cheap ticket to Germany, France, Denmark or even Switzerland if you want some good real sin and not just a "decor sin"!

You do however not need to add to the terrible pollution with all these way to many cars on all these 3 to 4 lane boulvards in this city, there is a very good bus system for only 40USD for 30 days or 2.50USD a 24 hours pass that gets everyone to anywhere in town mostly on time and with good frequencies.

One thing anyone has to keep in mind about the general common spirit of Las Vegas:
Narrowminded, nitpicking and of course the usual western squareheaded attitude is omni present here - unless you are a big spender of course, because the money seems to be the only thing that drives this city in the desert.
